Frequently asked questions
What is your availability like?
Choose your rooms and finish, then enter the property postcode to check dates for that shoot. If no online slots are offered, send your preferred dates. We reply within one business day. A quote does not reserve a date.
Can you return to photograph one updated room?
Yes. Tell us which room needs updating and when it will be ready. We quote a separate return visit, so you do not need a new full-property package. Extra-room prices apply within the original visit.
How long will you be at the property?
Allow around 60 minutes for a base Clean shoot, or 75 minutes for Complete and Dressed. Extra rooms and add-ons extend the visit. Your configuration shows the estimated time on site.
When will I receive the photographs?
Standard delivery is two business days from the end of the shoot. Next-business-day delivery is by 6pm; the slower option is within five business days. Choose your delivery speed before booking.
How much does property photography cost?
Base-property prices start at £185 for Clean with 15 photographs, £275 for Complete with 30, and £425 for Dressed with 8 digital changes. Rooms, extras and delivery speed affect the price. Postcode, travel and availability are checked before booking. Individually quoted work needs its full price agreed first.
Which rooms and amenities should I include?
Include every room, outdoor space and shared amenity you need shown. The base price covers the exterior, living room, kitchen with open-plan dining, one bedroom and one bathroom. Extra spaces are itemised. Hallways and stairs are included where useful.
Can I use the photographs on Airbnb, property portals and my website?
Yes. We deliver listing-ready files and full-resolution versions. On final payment, your licence covers marketing the photographed property on listing and booking sites, your direct website and social. It is unlimited in time and territory. We retain copyright; a copyright assignment is quoted separately. Direct bookings are an independent LUMORIA commission.
Do I need to attend, and how should I prepare?
You can arrange access through an authorised person. Confirm keys, building entry, parking and shared-facility permissions. Make beds, clear surfaces and put away laundry, bins, cables and personal documents. Prepare a short-let for guests. Tell us about changeovers and image deadlines before agreeing the appointment.
What if the photographs miss the brief, or I need to cancel?
If the first deliverable misses the agreed brief, we redo it. If the redo still misses it, you do not pay for it. A different brief is quoted separately. Rescheduling and consumer cancellation rights are explained in the booking terms; the guarantee adds to your statutory rights.
