The code is for a new customer's first eligible one-off LUMORIA order placed through our online checkout.
It belongs to the email address used to request it and can be used once, within 30 days of issue.

Property photography, property film, retainers, existing customers, existing bookings and invoices are excluded.
It cannot be combined with another offer, a price match or a referral benefit.
The eligible service and the final saving are shown before payment.

Your code and your contact choices.

We need your email to send the requested code.
A telephone number is optional.
Marketing email and text messages each have a separate, unticked choice; either can be declined and you can still request your code.
You can unsubscribe or withdraw a channel's permission later.

We use your details to issue the code, check first-order eligibility and prevent repeated claims.

Withdrawing marketing permission does not cancel a code already issued.

We check the code, expiry and previous use before showing the discounted total.
