What counts as the same package?
The other supplier must confirm in writing that they are willing and available to deliver the same agreed scope at their lower total price. A price for fewer deliverables is a different package.
- The same work: service, property or project, location and scale.
- The same deliverables: number of finished photographs or other outputs, coverage, finish, revisions, extras and any digital changes.
- The same delivery: deadline, file formats and agreed service requirements.
- The same usage: licence, permitted platforms, term and territory, or ownership where the package includes it.
- The same total cost: all required charges, travel and applicable tax. For ongoing work, compare the same scope and contract period.
If a lower headline price leaves something out, ask the supplier whether they will include it within that price. Their written confirmation makes the comparison useful.
How to claim your match.
- Choose your LUMORIA package, or agree the project scope with us.
- Before booking or accepting our quote, send the current lower written quote or offer and the supplier’s confirmation that they will deliver the full equivalent package.
- We check the scope. When it is equivalent, we confirm your matched LUMORIA quote in writing. If something differs, we explain the difference so you can have it clarified.
A claim is an enquiry. It does not reserve a shoot, change an existing invoice or take payment. Your matched price and available date are confirmed before you accept the booking.
A clear promise before you commit.
This guarantee applies before a new booking, rather than as a refund against work already agreed. We compare the total actually available to you at the time, with a supplier prepared to deliver that package.
The price match sits alongside our agreed-brief guarantee and your statutory rights. Our service terms still cover scope, payment, cancellation and usage.
