How long do your services take?

Our turnaround depends on your project and we would give you an estimated delivery window in your quotation/follow up. In most cases you can assume our turnaround would be 3-5 business days.

Do you offer services to the EU?

We offer our services in the EU, however we are based in the UK. If you are looking from the EU we would advise you to not use our packages as the pricing will be unfair for you, instead, contact us and we will happily arrange you a bespoke package! We have call handlers who speak German, French, and Italian— just ask!

What gear do you use?

At LUMORIA, we only use the best gear. We know that imagery is vital for your business, hence-why we do not settle for less when it comes to our gear. All photo shoots are shot with a professional range full-frame Sony (industry standard) camera.
